Oh, I know where this comes from since I was at a fireworks celebration in Mexico a couple of years ago. There was this huge frame with spinning fire going everywhere! In Mexico they don't have all these safety concerns -- the fire was spinning, and landing on roofs and churches and people. It was a safety nightmare, but very exciting and beautiful. Leave it to Jim to turn it into art!!! I love him!
